Our Foundations program is a tried and true system that allows an individual to build proper movement patterns through repetition and frequency. By the time you graduate you will have gone through 6 one hour personal training sessions.
This is without a doubt the best way to get started with CrossFit Group Classes. Here at Stone Brook Strength we have a huge emphasis on safety for our athletes and prospective members. We require seasoned athletes and soccer moms alike to run through the program. CrossFit is all about scalability, and this holds true even in Foundations.
