For the final week of the year, it is our tradition to have a test week! First, we will have a fun workout on Boxing Day called “12 Days of Christmas”. Tues/Weds you will test your Olympic Total (max Snatch + max Clean & Jerk). Thurs/Fri you will test your CrossFit Total (max Back Squat + Shoulder Press + Deadlift). These 2 added together are considered your “Super Total”. Saturday you will have a chance to make up any that you missed. Anyone can drop in at our drop in rate. Looking forward to seeing what everyone can do!
