Race Day is coming and our 6 week Obstacle Course Race Prep starts next week! Get ready with challenges and movements similar to what you would encounter on race day. We won’t be using your average gym equipment for this program. Be prepared to flip tires, climb walls, and train with sandbags and ropes. This program is designed for you to test your limits, try new things, and have fun!
Ideal for anyone needing to train for any Mud Run Obstacle Race OR if you just want to try something different this summer.
Every Tuesday and Thursday, 7:30-8:30 for 6 six weeks starting June 11. 12 in-gym training sessions plus additional assigned “homework” workouts.
