Drop in at Stone Brook Strength

At Stone Brook Strength, we love getting visitors. We believe new people bring a new energy to our space. Whether you’re dropping in for a single session or are sticking around for a couple of days, you’re more than welcome at our gym.

Please note, all Group Training drop-ins must be actively training in functional fitness (or CrossFIt) at another gym, or have completed some sort of functional fitness/weightlifting training in the last 6 months. This is for your safety and enjoyment of your class and previous experience with Deadlifts, Power Cleans, Power Snatches and Overhead Presses helps a lot! 

If you do not meet our minimum requirements, that's okay. We just want to keep you safe! Let's chat and come up with a game plan for your visit.
