Foundations Course
Start your fitness journey the right way with a focus on movement quality and individualized attention. Our Foundations program is a tried and true system that allows an individual to build proper movement patterns through repetition and frequency. By the time you graduate you will have gone through a minimum of 6 one hour personal training sessions and will have more confidence when joining the established group classes.
